          Gov. Robert Lyndon Barbers is setting a record in the annals of history in capitol as the only governor who implemented the much awaited step-increment for the capitol employees as he pushes supplemental Budget No.2 to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for its approval.

          Supplemental Budget No.2 which amounts to PhP 23,929,000.00 covers the appropriation for Personnel Services (PS) (Step-Increment, Philhealth, Subsidy & Laundry) which is PhP 10,009,518.00, Maintenance and other Operating Expenses (MOOE) PhP 5,511,958.00, Capital Outlay (CO) PhP 2,137,630.00 and MOOE/ CO (Non-office) PhP 6,269,894.00.
